WHAT I’M WATCHING:
SoFi: A bank goes full crypto
Back in March, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) issued an interpretive letter saying that bank activities would be treated consistently regardless of the technology, effectively giving the green light for chartered institutions to offer crypto asset services.
But we haven’t seen a lot of movement on this front. That may be about to change.
